Scalable Design Foundation
In the design phase of Hirevia, we focused on building clear and intuitive user flows that made recruitment tasks effortless for both recruiters and interviewers. Using Figma, we created modules for resume uploads, candidate tracking, AI-based matching, and structured interview feedback. The interfaces were designed to be simple, familiar, and efficient, reducing friction in day-to-day hiring. By grounding the design in real workflows and user personas, we ensured the platform was easy to adopt while improving overall productivity.
