We started by running workshops with RFL’s team to map out how things worked today. Together, we identified the biggest pain points and shaped the requirements for a CRM system that would actually make their lives easier.Our design team created a clean, intuitive interface in Figma. The goal was simple: make it easy for agents to manage client data, generate insights, and handle document signing without extra steps.
